In the modern day, little kids walk around talking about how dumb israel and bibi nethaniahu are and how much they hate them. It seems a sort of superficial anti-zionism/anti-semitism is totally mainstream, and among the majority materially supporting Israel is seen as extreme and un-mainstream. While the educated anti-semite/anti-zionist tends towards imagining this is a very good thing for their cause, they are 1001% WRONG. Heres why:
Benjamin Nethaniahu is not the problem, lots of people think Bibi is the devil. He and Jeffrey Epstein are to yns what Adolf Hitler is to the boomer generation and above. But he's not the devil. He's a dork who is almost universally hated in Israeli politics. To his right and his left Bibi has critics. He is not actually very powerful either. He is often forced into decisions which are really speaking a betrayal of his "most zionist of the zionists" image, and he then tries to play them as 50 dimensional chess. Nobody in Israel buys it, but in America lots of people do. For example, Bibi was forced in 2008 by George W Bush (who is ironically seen by yns as the ultimate zionist american politician) to allow the elections in Gaza which swept Hamas into power. Obviously this is not a good thing for his cause, but he tried to play it like Hamas being in power IS good for his cause. So he's not actually the worst, hes just a typical cynical politician, so he's not good but unlike hitler he doesn't have a strong vision which motivates him. He is of course bad and has done bad things but to act like to problem is to miss that he exists in a climate where he must cultivate this false image as the ultimate zionazi. And so it's ultimately a good thing for Israel if America focuses on Nethaniahu. In a way he is going to be scapegoated by Israel so they can act super nice while still having problems
Israel does not need American support, lots of Isolationist types say to themselves "well if we just didn't send Israel money they would die" which is probably false, Israel has an atomic bomb, O.K.? So they would survive without American weapons. And another thing to remember is that sending Israel money is something that keeps Israel worried about their reputation in America. When we send them money this gives us leverage over them. And it's only a tiny fraction of the money the federal government spends, it's really close to infinitesimal. These are some reasons that the most radical zionists in America, your randy fines, your Vivek Ramaswamies etc. all have said they want to send less money to Israel, and that should be an immediate sign that maybe the rise of Isolationism is not such a bad thing for Israel.
It's time to grow up, yns. JFK was not Israel's enemy, and neither is tucker carlson. When you see the republican party unite anti-semites with radical zionists, it's time to ask whether the gulf between cucker and randy fine is really bigger than the gulf between cucker and Biden. No. It's time to realize that the horseshoe theory is in fact true, and that if you really want to fight against zionist extremism, you have to stay sensible and centred, and never fall for the radicals' stupid ideas.
